目的:定义CSFβ-amyloid 1-42 (Aβ42)割点检测评估的皮质淀粉样蛋白沉积11C-Pittsburgh复合B ([11C]加以宠物和比较这些计算的割点,割点目前用于临床实践。

方法:我们包括433名参与者(57控制,99患有轻度认知障碍,195痴呆和阿尔茨海默病(AD),和82年non-AD痴呆)从5欧洲中心。我们计算每个池队列CSF Aβ中心和42和Aβ42/τ比割点基于目视判读的皮质淀粉样蛋白沉积的11C] PiB-PET图像。
