Beside these spinal cord patterns, concomitant brain lesions were observed in 12 of 14 myelopathy episodes and leptomeningeal enhancement was detected in 5 of 14. Follow-up spinal cord MRIs after steroid and immunomodulation use showed complete resolution of “Bagel Sign”, complete resolution of enhancement, and partial or complete resolution of T2 hyper-intense signal with or without developing atrophy of the spinal cord.Conclusions: Our study is the first to describe the unique “Bagel Sign” pattern in NBS which could represent a thrombus in a spinal cord venous anastomotic structure with surrounding edema.Disclosure: Dr. Uygunoglu has nothing to disclose.
