CONCLUSIONS:For seizure-free patients, we found a modest, non-significant risk (~8[percnt]) of seizure recurrence associated with changing medication. Non-seizure-free patients were at least as likely to enter remission on the same drug as with a different drug, suggesting that most positive outcomes in this group are due to spontaneous remission, not drug response.Disclosure: Dr. Finamore has nothing to disclose.
